516 series - gauge block maintenance tool kit: article No. 516-650E

1. Function:

The gauge block maintenance tool kit includes the required maintenance tools for deburring and contamination removal, and anti-corrosion treatment before use.

II.  Types of tools and accessories:

1. Ceraston (601,645): used to remove burrs on the measuring surface;

2. Optical flat crystal (158-117) (? 45, 12mm thick, JIS grade 3): used to check the twist of thin gauge block and whether there is burr;

3. Tweezers (60000 04): used to operate thin gauge blocks;

4. Blowing brush (600005): used to remove the dust on the measuring surface;

5. Cleaning paper (600006) (lens paper, 82 X 304mm, 500 pieces): used to remove protective oil and stains without raising hair;

6. Artificial leather pad (B4 size) (600007) is used as gauge block pad to avoid scratches on the workbench;

7. Wipe the solvent bottle (600,008) (polyethylene container, 100ml) (Sanfeng uses n-heptane as the solvent);

8. Gloves (60000, 09): used to handle a large number of blocks. Effectively prevent corrosion and thermal expansion.
