CMMs are widely used in mechanical, electronic, instrument, plastic and other industries. CMM is one of the effective methods to measure and obtain dimensional data, because it can replace a variety of surface measurement tools and expensive combination gauges, and reduce the time required for complex measurement tasks from hours to minutes, which is an effect that other instruments cannot achieve.
Operation process of CMM
1、 Preparation before work
Check the temperature, including the measuring machine room, measuring machine and parts: as long as the constant temperature of the continuous constant temperature machine room is reliable and can meet the temperature range required by the measuring machine, the main solution is to solve the constant temperature of the parts (put them into the measuring machine room in advance according to the specified time).
Check the air supply pressure, drain the oil and water from the filter, and clean the guide rail of the measuring machine and the surface of the workbench.
Start up and run for a period of time, and check whether the software, control system and measuring machine host work normally.
2、 Inspection in progress
Check the part drawing, understand the measurement requirements and methods, and plan the detection scheme or call up the detection procedure.
In the process of hoisting and placing the measured parts, attention shall be paid to the safety operation procedures of the crane to protect the measuring machine and parts from damage. The parts shall be placed in a position that is convenient for testing and has a small Abbe error Zui and fixed firmly.
Install the probe and probe accessories according to the measurement scheme. Press the emergency stop before proceeding. Handle gently with appropriate force. After replacement, test whether the protective function of the probe is normal during trial operation.
During the measurement process, the operator shall concentrate, * Pay attention to the deceleration when running the program, and use the normal speed after confirming that the programming is correct.
In case of any abnormal situation, press the emergency stop immediately to protect the site. After finding out the cause, continue the operation or notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance.
After the test, the measurement program, program operating parameters, probe configuration and other instructions shall be archived.
Remove (replace) parts and clean the table top.
3、 Shutdown and sorting
Return the measuring machine to its original position (note that it must be returned to its original position after each inspection), remove the parts, and turn off the measuring machine and relevant power supply in sequence.
Clean up the work site and prepare for the next day's work.
Safety precautions
Before lifting the workpiece, the probe shall be returned to the coordinate origin to reserve a large space for the lifting position; The workpiece shall be hoisted stably and shall not impact any component of the CMM.
Properly install the parts, and ensure that the isothermal requirements of the parts and the measuring machine are met before installation.
To ensure the accuracy of the measured data, the correct coordinate system shall be established to ensure that the established coordinate system meets the requirements of the drawings.
When the program runs automatically, it is necessary to prevent the probe from interfering with the workpiece, so it is necessary to increase the inflection point.
For some large and heavy molds and inspection tools, the workbench shall be lifted down timely after the measurement to avoid the workbench being in the bearing state for a long time.
The untrained and qualified personnel shall not use the CMM.
Before starting the machine every day, check that the air supply pressure meets the requirements before opening the control cabinet: the air supply pressure is ≥ 0.65Mpa, and the machine air pressure is ≥ 0.4Mpa.
When the height of the oil water mixture in the triplet water cup exceeds 5mm, manual drainage is required. If the air supply pressure of the machine is normal, but the pressure at the triplet cannot be adjusted to the normal value, the filter element needs to be replaced.
Three coordinate operating environment: temperature 20 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 40-75%.
No objects shall be placed in the guide rail of the machine. Do not touch the working surface of the guide rail directly with your hands. Clean the three-axis guide rail surface with high woven cotton cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol every day before starting the machine. The machine can only be operated after the guide rail surface is dry. It is forbidden to clean the painted surface and grating ruler with alcohol.
In the manual operation state, press the slow key when approaching the sampling point position.
When rotating the probe, calibrating the probe, automatically replacing the probe, running the program, etc., ensure that there is no obstacle on the running route of the probe.
When the product is programmed or not used, the speed on the operation box is set to 0.
Reduce the speed to 10~30% during * times of program operation, and pay attention to whether the running track meets the requirements.
When moving the workpiece, first move the measuring head to a safe position, and pay attention that the workpiece cannot touch the worktable, especially the guide rail surface of the machine.
The steel standard ball that has not been used for a long time needs oil seal for rust prevention.
When using inserts on granite worktops to fix workpieces, the torque shall not exceed 20Nm.
Do not carry out inspection and maintenance without guidance and permission.
Do not install any software irrelevant to the three coordinates in the computer to ensure the reliable operation of the system.
The air conditioner shall be started 24 hours, and the air conditioner maintenance shall be carried out in autumn to ensure the normal use of the three coordinates.
