1. The site space of the installation site should be large enough to allow smooth installation, normal operation and maintenance. It is necessary to accurately plan the room of the CMM in advance, so that users can easily transport it to the working platform, pneumatic control unit, control system and computer system (the measurement software system has been installed)

2. According to the use method of CMM installed by the user, the requirements of CMM maintenance, and other widely used standards, determine the Zui small distance around the CMM.

3. The room where the measuring machine is installed must have power lines, and the environment must be clean and free of dust, paint, oil and other suspended substances.

4. Avoid installing the measuring machine near windows, doors and windows, air conditioning system outlets and air convection.

5. Avoid direct sunlight, or it will lead to temperature changes. Generally, avoid installing the measuring machine near any heat source. If necessary, isolate the surrounding of the measuring machine with insulating plates.

6. Avoid installing the CMM in areas that generate strong electricity and magnetism, such as power switch, transformer and electric spark machine, high-frequency furnace, impedance welding machine, etc., even if they are isolated.

7. Avoid installing the CMM near the press, power hammer and other machinery that can generate and transmit vibration on the ground of the installation site.

8. Install the measuring machine in a safe and suitable position to ensure that the installation and access area is large enough to avoid interference with other machinery.
